How to install Language Pack?

 Go to Control Panel by clicking on Start, Control Panel |

 Now click on the tab "Keyboards and Languages" and click on "Install/uninstall languages..." |
| 3. |
 Click "Browse computer or network". Then browse to the location containing the Language Pack. |
